All orders are processed and shipped during business hours. Orders placed after 4:00pm, on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Ordering, Shipping & Exchanges
Orders typically ship within the week they are placed, unless you are notified otherwise. Two day shipping is complimentary for all domestic orders, signature required.
Applicable sales taxes added to all orders placed in Alabama.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Jewelry must be in original condition to be accepted. Custom pieces, including engraving, are not exchangeable. Email email@example.com with inquiries.
- Where can I buy Charlotte Allison Fine Jewelry?
Our jewelry is available for purchase on our site, through our retail partners (full list to be on our site soon), instagram and trunk shows. Sign up on our home page to be notified when we have a new retail partner or trunk show event in your area.
- Why do some styles take 4-6 weeks to receive?
Much of our jewelry is made to order. While most pieces are readily available and ship quickly, some styles are created when ordered due to special materials or high demand. This may also pertain to sizing, especially for rings and bracelets. Please note that if you are purchasing a ring for stacking purposes, some like to order a half size larger. If you have questions regarding sizing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist. Also, please note that many of our styles are available in 18k Yellow, White or Rose gold. Prices shared upon request. For Spectra Collection and other enamel styles, we offer custom color sourcing via Pantone color deck, so we can accommodate your personal color preference.
- How do I order hand engraving on my Charlotte Allison jewelry?
If you would like to have one of our styles hand engraved, please email email@example.com so we can help. Our hand engravers are very talented and because of this, it can be a 2-3 week wait time for their services. Currently we offer two engraving styles for our CenterPedants™, script or block for $100.00 with three initials. We certainly offer other types of engraving and monogram styles, just let us know what you have in mind. Prices may vary.
- Why don't you offer returns?
Jewelry is a carefully considered purchase, as it should be. If there is an issue with your order, let us know. Your happiness is important, so if one of our pieces arrives to you and doesn’t meet your expectation, please let us know. As a small company, using fine and expensive materials, we make many of our pieces to order, so while we are happy to offer exchanges, we can not offer returns. Thank you for understanding.
- Do you provide rush shipping?
Yes, of course we are happy to help with this, if the style you have chosen is in stock and available for overnight shipping. There is a charge, determined by the destination. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you specific details. We understand that jewelry is often given as a gift for significant moments, we will always try our best to accommodate you and your timeline.
- Please tell me about international shipping?
Sure, we currently ship anywhere but China. It will usually take 10-14 business days and the charge is $80.00. You will be asked to pay a duty, depending where you live. This may be determined by the value of the piece you choose, and we can not control the duty charged.
